The first link in the school career, the nursery school establishes the educational and pedagogical foundations on which the future learning of the pupils is based and develops for the whole of their schooling.
The nursery school welcomes all pupils from the age of 3 (or 2 and a half depending on the places available). In accordance with the French programs, its teaching is organized around three successive levels in order to take into account the rhythms and specificities of each:
Small section (3 years),
Middle section (4 years)
Large section (5 years)
By choosing the LFIP, your child learns about community life in all its complexity and richness. They learn to find their bearings and their place by gradually integrating a set of rules to better live together.
It is a caring school based on the following fundamental principle: “a school that welcomes everyone and is ambitious for everyone”.
The program
Children develop their oral language and begin to discover writing, numbers and other areas of learning. They learn by playing, thinking and problem-solving, practicing and memorizing.
Our kindergarten classes belong to cycle 1, that of early learning. Their mission is to help each child grow, gain autonomy and acquire attitudes and skills that will allow them to build their learning.
The LFIP strives to offer a caring and structuring environment: each class is supervised by a certified teacher, assisted by a bilingual kindergarten assistant (Tamil/French).
