Oceans are us

Oceans are us – Project by 6th and 7th graders

As part of their efforts to protect our environment, pupils in 6e 2 and 5e took part in the “Oceans are us” project during the 2022-2023 school year.

We would like to thank Ms Shweta Khare Naik, executive director of Jane Goodall Institute India, who initiated the project.

The pupils, in French and science classes with their teachers Ms Ramalingam and Ms Louis, produced slide shows, illustrations, sketches, wrote letters, carried out experiments using seawater, created a Vivarium for snails and had the pleasure of presenting their work to the secondary school pupils and the CM1 and CM2 classes. They were able to raise awareness of the importance of protecting the oceans.
