Cyclone Fengal: Testimonies from 6th Grade Students of Pondicherry

On the night of November 30th to December 1st, Cyclone Fengal struck the southeast coast of India, particularly affecting our beautiful city of Pondicherry. This meteorological event had a significant impact on the local population, with strong winds, torrential rains, and considerable damage in the surrounding areas.

Our 6th grade students took part in an educational project to reflect on these challenging days. Through their presentations, they share their testimonies and impressions of how they experienced this exceptional event. Some witnessed the power of nature firsthand, while others observed the direct impact of the cyclone on their daily lives.
