Humanitarian Aid in Cambodia – CVE Project

The Student Life Council (CVE) of the French International School of Pondicherry was invited to take part in a project organized by the AEFE Asia-Pacific zone on the theme “Together.” On this occasion, the Vice President of our CVE, Mano Auger, traveled to Cambodia from March 23 to 29 to support a disadvantaged orphanage in the Mondol Kiri region by helping meet their infrastructure needs: renovating their kitchen and living area.

The orphanage is sponsored by the association “Enfants d’Asie,” which also manages the boarding school of Morodom Secondary School, located just a few meters away, for students who live too far to return home daily. Around twenty children are welcomed at the orphanage and attend school in this rural area, far from Cambodia’s major cities.

Here are some photos and a video showing the actions carried out.
