Visit of the Courts of Pondicherry

On 14th of December 2023, we, the students of 1ère and T STMG, visited the Pondichery Courts at 4:00 pm. We were accompanied by our Economics and Law Professor, Mme Vincent. Inside the court, we got to see and learn all the compositions of the courts. We learned about different courtrooms where cases were held accordingly. We learned about the compositions of civil and penal cases which happen everyday in the courtrooms. At last, we were surprised to know that over 80 civil cases and 20 penal cases are held on average per day in one courtroom. We thank Advocate Vincent for guiding us throughout the visit.
